PPG OC:Lillette

I didn't use a base for this one, it's my first GOOD ppg oc without a base.
I used Disney Create (WARNING: IF YOU USE AND SAVE IT IT WILL HAVE A LABEL AT THE BOTTOM LIKE MINE) [link]

If you draw a wobbly circle, it will correct it (because it's cool like that)
